This one started as a full clear-out. The house came to us packed wall to wall, with dark panelling, red carpet and forty years of belongings in every room. Before a single finish went in, all of it had to come out. Between the contents and the demolition, the job took eight thirty-yard dumpsters, roughly 240 cubic yards hauled off the property.
What came back was a complete cosmetic and systems renovation finished to the same flip-grade spec I carry across every project: a bright white-shaker kitchen with stainless appliances, refreshed bathrooms, and new flooring and paint throughout. A clean, move-in-ready result that shows the level of finish buyers respond to.
Every room looked like this on the day we took possession. Nothing here is staged and nothing has been touched yet.
