Drop the skill folders into Claude Code and the five run together as one system, with everything living in your own files. This is where it stops being prompts and starts running your week.

How I actually run it: Claude Code inside VS Code, so every file and folder stays visible and tracked. If you're going deep, that's the setup I'd point you to.
